Project partners meeting on 7 October

Project partners meeting took place on 7 October 2021 at the House of Nature of the University of Latvia. Ferenz Sustek, PhD student from Tallinn University of Technology introduced us to progress of activity WP3 that is dedicated to functional characterization of frost and drought candidate genes in perennial ryegrass by CRISPR-Cas9.

Professor Odd Arne from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences presented the plant material for freezing, winter survival and selections based on PPP for further research in project activities WP3 and WP4.
