On October 27, 2023 an international and public seminar "Selection methods and strategies for sustainable agricultural production" took place at the Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry (LAMMC) in Kėdainiai, Lithuania. The goals and tasks of the “EditGrass4Food” project, completed and planned activities, and results were discussed. Speakers from project partner organizations presented legal regulation of gene editing in Europe, research on plant resistance to cold, plant phenotyping and the use of drones in agriculture. Seminar was attended by around 40 researchers and students from all Baltic countries and Norway.
